FIJI is a Swiss electronic music duo from Bern with a sound made for the world with Simon Schuttel at the synthesizer and Simone De Lorenzi: a multilingual vamp who stands in the footlights half way between Iggy Pop and Amanda Lear.
FIJI is a universe dedicated to music, dancing, irony and positivism. With a live show that makes you feel good. The duo-couple Simone and Simon first met in 2003 and decided to combine their talents and wills to develop their passion for music. Merging electro with disco, cold wave, trash and glamour, FIJI says no to anything square without being pretentious. It’s a love declaration to music and all the emotions it arise.
